I never imagined in my wildest dreams that we would ever build a house, but after an extensive housing search and no luck, we decided to sit down and talk with Dirk and Fred about potentially building a house.  We gave them a list of everything we wanted and very strict budget. On top of that, we were having a child in 4 months and needed to be in the house by the time he was born.  Not only did they build us a quality house within our budget, they also had us in two weeks earlier than our contract stated. Dirk and Fred were very knowledgeable and were a pleasure to work with from beginning to end. Everyone’s first thought is that building is more expensive and I tell everyone the same thing, there is no way I could have bought my house for what I built it for. It’s a beautiful, well-built house with everything we asked for.  It’s the perfect house for our kids to call home for many years to come.  Thanks Dirk!
